Day #1 ended with our first official "taste of the Delta" with a catfish supper with all the trimmings at Leo's at the Levee in Rosedale. Having grown up in "The Catfish Capital of Wisconsin" (our fire department serves a ton and a quarter of Mississippi River Catfish each August), I was expecting big things. ... on line. It must have been an old ad. So we decided to go to Pizza Hut. What a mistake. The a/c was on and the restaurant part was freezing. We ordered, and waited an eternity. In the end I was too darned cold, so asked how long would the order be? Soon ma'm. Hmmm try 15 mins longer but waiting in the car this time.

Oh well one good meal, and one not so good.
