I drove the 3.5 hours to Wiliminton, North Carolina just south of the Outer Banks along the Atlantic Shore. Car is getting great gas mileage, between 28-32mpg.

Erica, who I went to film school with, turns out to live in Wilmington, North Carolina, with her husband Matt. She invited (or rather, ordered) me to come and stay. Four and a half hours South of Lynchburg, it turned out to be the perfect spot.
