... kept us amused (and extremely informed) for the next hour as we toured the behind the scenes of the distillery. Upon entering we immediately recognized the smell of mash from Jae's moonshine efforts - that is not a smell you easily forget....ever.. Jae looked like a kid on Xmas morning - soaking up the information and experience We ended our tour with a gratis tasting - Jae got mine, with no complaints :)

Woke up far to early (6.00am) for my liking and I was feeling a bit ill. Not sick, just ill. I was panicking about my missing bag. Its recovery was so close, yet so far.
