... to LA and we love it here . Think a lot of people from LA come up here for weekend.
The hotel we are in is fully booked for weekend (LA folk again ) but managed to book its sister hotel just up the road on the cliffs.
we both feel as if someone has pulled out our batteries ! Dont think we realised just how much we have done over past 2 weeks ! Are we not 21 anymore ?

Ankomsten blev fejret med en flaske champagne og andet godt. Så blev der fortalt historier i den store stil, men der var jo også meget at snakke om. Der blev dog til at forberede aftensmaden, laks på grillen og god salat.
Dave nåede lige at komme til aftensmaden, Greta ven en fin hyggelig fyr.

Dinner

West coast driving
we were advised to drive down the west coast of California and we were not dissapointed. the road follows the coast (and I mean follow).
50-100 miles (90-170km) of winding road along cliffs and beaches.
We stopped at many of the lookouts and at one randomly came across some seals basking on a rock, later we saw whales coasting along and then a whole beach of elephant seals.

Mid California Coast

We both had a cocktail before we returned to the hot tub where we turned out the lights and lay there listening to the ocean and watching shooting stars in the clear night sky. Awesome!
We both wished we had booked a week's stay in the SeaVenture, but we needed to press on to Los Angeles and the inevitable flight home.
