... the bridge crosses over the channel that connects Lake Michigan to Lake Huron. 3 Great Lakes in one day....2 to go! Come on Ciera, you can name them! ... Park of the island. There is a high point on the island which has the remainder of a large flint rock where over time water freezes in the rock and causes the rock to deteriorate thus causing a hole. According to information from our tour guide it won't last much longer so they are doing as much as possible to preserve what's left. No one is allowed on it but we were able to walk beside it to an overlook to take pictures.

The morning started with a trip to Starbucks . . . I drove this time, as there was a pretty good downpour!! BTW, we had water again!!
