    ... and drank our smoothies while still driving. We drove all the way up to North Beach before we found a good parking spot which was fine by me as the parking was cheaper and the beach was less busy. We decided to save the huge salad for supper as we were both full from the sandwich. We found a great spot on the beach and tanned all afternoon.     ... 4 hours and there is not much there! Back to sea and then to Cartagena. A very old city and a very new city. Lots of history and colours. Two more sea days and we arrive in Miami. Taxi to the airport and flight back to Detroit. Thanks to Bob & Bonnie for the airport transportation.

    Highlights: Iguazu Falls, Lake Chungara views, Machu Picchu and the Panama Canal.

Very much like the Staples Center, in appearance and feel inside, and in atmosphere around the building, as it was the playoffs.     ... sand is very soft, and the truck is only 2-WD, so we have to do some serious hoon driving to get through.

    Stop in a large semi-spherical cave with a hole in the roof, called the Big Hogan, a woman's hogan because of the shape, with a smoke hole in the roof. Using the cave as a natural sound shell, our guide plays a native flute, and a woman guide on a parallel tour sings a native song. Both performances are excellent, and really create a spiritual atmosphere.
