... on line applications. Priest Lake State Park in Coolin, Idaho asked if we would like to volunteer there. We needed to be there before Memorial Day. So here we go again to beat feet back to Pittsburgh for our checkups and an OK from our doctors to go. I suggested to Jean that I skip my cardiologist this time. And the dream is set free: today we purchased an older model conversion van. It should fit two boys, their map and two dogs - plus everything else we need for our extended summer trip. Woke to the sound of music from the noisy girls next door, at least it wasn't rap, maybe they had been there for the Miley Cyrus concert. The bill was under our door, quite a shock it came to over $230 - taxes & $25 for the car park, all that & no breakfast included either! Drove to South Beach to see the lovely Art Deco hotels they're all really pretty but trouble is there's tons of traffic and absolutely nowhere to ...

The original Sebastian Inlet was dug by hand between 1886 and 1895, but closed by a storm soon after. A permanent inlet was opened in 1924, allowed to close during World War II (the government thought that German submarines may try to enter) and reopened after the ...

... up against. Temps are supposed to dip near 40 tonight so we are bundled up as if we were camping in Oregon in the summer. But it is not summer. It is the solstice and I am far away from the freeze and snow of Chicago. And more importantly I am far from the work, not that I didn't bring any DBQ's with me. Every day I bring papers home to grade and every day I don't grade them. Why should today be different? We are in Sebastian Inlet State Park. It is surrounding one of the ...
