I spend the morning showering, finishing my awesome 4th of July painted finger nails and get my attire ready for the day. Aaron warned everyone last night about his girls XL singlet, so he stumbles out and everyone gives him a bit but laughs and admires his 4th of July spirit. Left the hostel in Chicago at 8am for an epic road trip to Minesotta. Now I know this sounds boring and believe me it can be - you appreciate the time to sleep. I was never able to sleep on long car journeys but I soon got used to it and as such I slept alot, even when music was on loud or there were people talking. You soon adapt to this. Now as our group were pretty much late for everything we missed out on visiting ...

Day 1, Easter Sunday at Sandals Royal

... as we entered the regency, the sun was just setting on the horizon, blushing the sky and sea with pinks an blues. all this was framed by the regency's arched windows. we were ushered to our table on the deck, where we ordered a variety of things. sadly, they have a new chef, and i was not that impressed with the new menu, but it was okay because i had eaten b-fast in the Delta Gold Sky Club at Minneapolis airport.
