... stuff to the new trailer. The old trailer had so much more storage, so it was a dilemma. Thursday morning the final touches were made to the custom hitch to carry our bikes and we left around noon. We drove to the first big parking lot and both of us just sat in the car. What had we done? Did we know how to work this new beast? Where were we headed? After an hour or so we put on our big girl panties and headed to New York!

I am a student of motor cars and here Subaru reigns, specifically the Outback model. Yesterday I counted 24 of 27 cars passing were this model! It is amazing. Oh, of course, the second most common is the ever present Ford F150 pick-up and soon they will be thinking of fitting their snow clearing blades.
