... the old town. So-word to the wise- Thanksgiving week is NOT a good time for a quiet anything in St. Augustine! The sidewalks were literally packed like sardines with tourists. We weaved our way through the streets for a fleeting glimpse of the sights. Need to return here another time for that quiet romantic lunch! Next time we will plan our visit in a non holiday week!
... like you're on a wild animal safari, in a vehicle that's not on rails, seeing giraffes, elephants, rhinos and lions among other wildlife. It's fascinating and while it's not thrill seeking, Atabey and I both love it!
Before we leave we go to Dino-Land and board the ride 'Dinosaur' where you are 'transported' back 65 million years and see Dinosaurs in their natural habitat, followed by one last ride - the Primeval Whirl which is a small spinning roller coaster.
... was all about the high fives and was getting fives from every character he could. The funniest moment with Kody was when the man operating the monkey walked over and gave a great monkey call with the puppet pointing at Kody. When the man yelled "ooo ahhh ahhh" I think Kody jumped 2 feet in the air. As the parade finished Mickey was on the last float and the kids kept telling him bye-bye as we followed him to the exit.
