Proper rest is the key contributor for bike tour. Need to eat well, sleep well and pace well. Listening some music I love and I'm in heaven now.

Mostly a travel day today ending in Owensboro, KY Lots of time in the car but with good company.... And an onboard DVD player the drive was a pleasant one. Tomorrow we get deeper into the South and our days get busier for awhile. Stay tuned for our update after we visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash museum and the Stones River National Battlefield.
