As we are cycling across the USA and thought we would be camping most of the time, we are finding motels to be cheaper or just as cheap as camping. So tonight we choose Days Inn and the room is clean, and from desk person very helpful.....Thanks

We stayed last night at La Quinta, Miami Airport. The hotel was just fine except (as we have found before in the US ) we were unable to make our cup of tea! Solved the problem downstairs but getting a paper cup, filling it with water at a machine around the corner, putting it in the m/wave and dropping in the tea bag! On our drive to Ogden, Utah we were hit with a horrific rain storm around Provo and it continued into Ogden. The rain was so hard and the wind so fierce that it was difficult to see the lines on the Interstate. Odd as it may seem, some "crazy" people were driving like it was bright and sunny.
