Disneyworld - Magical Kingdom

A travel blog entry by melissak0400 on Nov 14, 2014

... We managed to get a ride on the famous carousel before we passed through some shops on the way out. We Noticed that even though it was 11pm and the park was due to close, no one was in a hurry to get us out. There were still people everywhere and I don't think they would have had the park closed until after midnight. There were still kids everywhere with little ones in strollers, which we found hard to believe! Please see my previous post for a fllipagarm of our day at the magical ...

"There's a hell of a lot of Tippetty tapping going on. I can't concentrate on my book. Can't you type quieter?"

I can't win.

... boab trees for the elephants arranged artfully and dispersed with rhinos and giraffes (all apparently real altho Hils
recons the hippos were fake). The attention to detail was stammering, it looked like they plucked a fully loaded rickshaw right off the streets of India. It all looked so real that I felt offended on behalf of reality. The rest of the world will be disappointing and awfully inconvenient from now on!

... business district by Lake Rianhard. That is where we came across the iconic tower above the movie theater with the word "Celebration".

When we had driven into town, we had seen signs for a farmers' market. From the lake business district we could see the market. We walked the couple of blocks to that location. It was a mix of locals selling fruit, vegetables, arts and crafts, ...
