Luckily for him, Mike's superior driving skills kicked in and the armadillo will live to cross another road. (TX joke: Why did the chicken cross the road? To prove to the armadillo that it can be done!)

... t have much traffic at all. Looking forward to our time in San Antonio.

Throughout our travels this week, we've had great weather and have not had any rain. Temps have been in the high 80's/low 90's. Folks have told us that this is cool for them since summer temps are always in the 100's.

Hope everyone is well and hope the weather is cooperating our east.

... you can go from snow drifts to palm tree in less thana half day of driving. We drove over 1200 miles to get here, which means that we drove 1/20 the way around the world.
Have no specific plans for the week, but I have already turned down water aerobics with my sister. Think a walk on the beach looking for spring breakesrs would be better. I will take Bev along to keep me out of trouble
