... better than that of LSU.
Getting back on the road, we stopped in Cleveland to check out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The building was impressive, but the City was not. The displays were nice, but we weren't real R&R fans. There were lots of displays of old musical equipment used by the legends of R&R.
Back to the road.

Zoals ik al zei, ik kwam in de pit terecht en dat draagt bij aan de (positieve) beleving van een show. Maar als je puur naar de setlist kijkt, was het ook een mooie show:
Wrecking Ball
Prove It All Night
Hungry Heart
Working On A Dream
>>> het volledige album Born To Run <<<
Thunder Road
Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out
Night
Backstreets
B orn To Run
She's The One
Meeting Across The River

... talented)...but despite the wonderfully creative food, the American Modern Palate Restaurant gets an epic fail in terms of service. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and write it off as opening kinks, but still that's about the most positive thought I can come up.
I can only hope, with 7-8 similar hours for 6 more days in the car that proceeding posts aim to be as brilliant as this one.
xo.
... and Roll Hall of Fame. The first day I spent in Bedford, and then settled myself in my hotel in Independence, just south of Cleveland.
Dinner was at Tom Evans, a place I had seen the commercials for, but with none in Canada, had never been too...YUM - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits!
We finally made it to Mentor, Ohio, so I could meet up with my great aunt (my grandma's sister) and her son (my second cousin). It was so good to finally meet them and my great aunt laughed just like my grandma used to :)
Not much to report from this stop apart from catching up with family and looking at family photos ...
... The tow dolly was a couple inches wider than the RV and made staying between the lines harder. It's easier to handle the slower traffic, and made things more enjoyable. We continued on, but all those lights slowed us down, and we arrived to Rochester NY at 830 pm. We shut down and unloaded everything, found Darren, our host for the next few days.
We returned to Betsy's parents house from our time in Mexico. After throwing a few more things away - we took off in our car on a road trip to Cindy Snow's wedding in Arkansas. We visited our friends Bill and Chuck in Cincinnati, then we followed the Ohio river to the Mississipi. We stopped at some small towns along the way like Metropolis (the home of superman).
Berea, Ohio, United States betsypetersnowWe left Florida and drove to Berea via Winston Salem so we could visit Jed and Cecilie (Peter's nephew). When we arrived in Berea we spent the month of March getting Betsy's parents house ready to put on the market. The house market in Cleveland is horrible so we thought we better try to sell the house as soon as possible so they would be ready to move into their new retirement apartment in Chagrin Falls when is was completed in the fall.
Berea, Ohio, United States betsypetersnow... seeing. Kids will love the hands on science center and Omni Max while the adults will love the memories at the hall of fame. The rock hall changes its exhibits every so often so it's always worth going back to see the new displays. That's all for now but we'll add more soon. There is so much more to see and do here. If you visit Cleveland, these would be among the first few things to see and do. See ya soon with more of my home town.
Cleveland, Ohio, United States travelintommy... day Saints. Perhaps more than any other, it expresses the religion’s heart. To sing it here at its birthplace brought forth very tender feelings and emotions. It was one of those experiences of a lifetime, bringing tears to many eyes and warmth to many hearts.
Monday evening’s performance at Blossom Music Festival was preceded by a twenty-mile ride on the historic Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. The journey made its way through Ohio’s picturesque ...
