... next ten days would be like cuz I found it online in the Passport America site. The daily cost for full hookups was a measley $16.50 a night. Because of the low cost I was a little apprehensive. Not to worry, it is a beautiful place, right on the convergence of two rivers. Namely the Orange and the Caloosahatchee River (How's that for a mouthfull Muade ??).

Great day in Florida, day started with a walk, a trip,to,the gym our obligatory trip,to,a,store ...this time WalMart and chilled around the house until 5:00 pm ... ... room. A short drive to our hotel, and what a surprise. Brand new, 39 room, Art Deco two story. Two pools (one chlorine, one salt water), beautiful gardens between the two building. Amazing staff, actually shown to our rooms. Lovely aqua touches of decoration (for the aptly named Aqua Hotel). One evening we used the BBQ in the garden, and the staff set a dining table for us - cutlery, china, and wine glasses. See photographs. First night ...

We headed on down the Tamiami trail and found the entrance to the park. It turned out that the campsite is wonderful - individual pitches each supplied with water, a picnic table, power supply and a fire pit with grill attachment (even washer driers in the communal area if you have a credit card and you're really that bothered). All you have to do is find fuel and apply the spark.
