    ... anyone without some nervousness. Mostly though, I'm excited. I know it's going to be an amazing 4 1/2 months that I'm sure will teach me a lot about myself and will give me experiences of a lifetime.

    I'll try to keep this up fairly regularly with posts about what I'm experiencing, what I'm seeing and what I'm feeling. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity and can't wait to see what's in store with me over the next 4 months! ...

    The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! Our first stop was to the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Where we sat under the covered patio by the fire while watching ice skaters try to show off their best moves.     ... kind of traffic you see after an accident. I was so glad Brian was with us because the cab driver spoke no English and I would never have known why we stopped. The other thing I saw was a watão-do-banhado or coypu chasing a dog up from the lagoon. We have nutria around here but they aren't that big.
