Well after frantically getting the house in order, working an extra day at work, we finally are at the airport. Only to realize that I forgot my camera! Then the plane is delayed to fix the A/C. They finally announce that it will be an hour at least before boarding. So Dan ran home to get the camera. Thank heavens! Even small miracles are wonderful!

After the show, I typically rush through the crowd to help the guys on stage with changing over to KISS, but today we had another Veteran award to give away. It is becoming natural for me to go out there and have fun.

To Raleigh, NC tomorrow. Here we go.

A few drinks and we notice the guys sitting one row up with a sloppy dress, little goatee, silver metallic painted toe nails and a purple toboggan hat, singing and propping his ipad with some presentation on technology on the wall for all to see. ...

We stayed for a week at Cross Country Campground outside of Denver, TN, near Lake Norman.  The park is mainly made up of permanent camp sites and the perimeter was for short stays. We were able to pick out a nice shady spot that was in the back 40, so we had several sites to ourselves for most of the time. We got both a picnic table and a fire ring so we're ...

    Nascar Heartland

So today was a day that Bec said I could plan and run however I wanted seeing that we were in Nascar Country. So first port of call was the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Whilst it is a massive place that dwarfs the country side around it, we didn't stay here too long. The next facility tour wasn't for about 30 minutes, and with so much stuff to do in Concord that is Nascar related, I thought we could visit a few of the race shops. First on the agenda was Hendrick ...
