After getting up at 6:30, Greg made waffles for us. They were delicious! We started driving again at 9, stopping at Walmart to find charging cords to replace the ones we left at home. At around 5, we arrived at St. Louis, MO and the Gateway Arch. It was quite the adventure to find parking for a 35' truck and trailer! The monument was really big and interesting, but not really different than ...

This is why I love small towns; these folks didn’t know us from anyone, but because we were with the circus, they immediately knew they could trust us implicitly (case in point: they’re leaving the side garage door open so that we can access the fridge in there for soda or beer). We looked out over the sun setting over the Golfo di Gaeta, With the baronial castle, the town hall, and a park all framing the scene we were stunned. It was as beautiful as we had hoped. If first impressions make lasting impression this is a memory that would last the rest of our lives. Little did ...

... some people's reaction is to shoo them away like a bunch of flies. But if that's you and they're the flies, you're the ****.

As if its really putting you out to be nice to some kids who see you like some goofy pink chimp at zoo. Most aren't like that, but when you find one you gotta think what a sorry ******* he must be deep down. You could teach the kids to "gimme five," "slap me some skin, jack, up high, down low, in the toilet bowl" and all ...
