We are winding up our trip to Dallas and have spent the time with Simon and his family. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday has meant beautiful weather with daytime temperatures reaching 21 degrees and very sunny. We have visited a number of parks and done a few good walks. Sunday we went to Lewisville. We miss the coffee shops attached to the parks we have back in Australia. On Monday Steve and Christine went to Grapevine Mills DFO to try and retrieve the taxes ...

The park has many camping sites allowing for walking and ...

... mostly 20-somethings, and lots of Aggies (of course). Back to the Interurban loft, then to the hotel. Milk and cookies on the second floor - yum! Chatted in the room for a while, then hit the hay.

Sunday June 29

Breakfast in our hotel – it was a pretty good buffet, with the usual protein items plus fruit salad. Then we took a driving tour of Dallas with Colton at the helm. We went to Love Field ...
