    ... get those in Johannesburg. One amusing event occurred, the check-in agent told me she could only check my suitcase as far as Atlanta, not all the way to Dallas, because they didn't have an arrangement with Delta, and because I would have to collect my suitcase at the first port of entry to pass customs.

    I told her that she could check the bag to Dallas and that all passengers would have to claim their bags in Atlanta, ...

    From Roswell we drive to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are on the Unesco world heritage list, so we decide to pay them a visit. Located 250 meters under ground are loads of stalagmites, stalactites, draperies, soda straws and popcorn. Soda straws being the tiny ones hanging from the ceiling . In Europe we call them Spaghetti. Popcorn are located on the ground. The cavern is beautiful, but we saw an even more beautiful cavern in Slovenia last year, so were a little spoilt. ...

    ... the pictures, she really enjoyed playing with her cousins. Once the party started that afternoon, Addy ran around and played. Grampa kept and eye on her while Mama and Baba finished up some things. Even with a house filled with over 30 people, she did great. Poor girl was tired once it was time to eat.     Hi Everyone! I'm terrible. I haven't updated with my last post!

    My family came out and met me in Paris for the holidays. I ended up getting sick and napped for 5 hours on Christmas day, but it was still all worth it. I don't have many pictures from France because I was having too much fun, but I'll upload the few that I have.
