... seven national parks: Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Olympic, Crater Lake, and Death Valley, and traveling to a bunch of cities from Vegas to all the way up California to Washington state, so we're HOPEFULLY going to use this blog to post our honeymoon adventures and share photos and stories and inside jokes.

... WE are amazed, that, for a 8 1/2 year old coach with 74,000 miles, it is completely, spotlessly perfect inside. Nothing seems to have been used or abused in any way. Even the felt in the window sills, which gather and hold dirt and dust horribly, look brand new! Hard to figure out how they put 74,000 miles on it without using anything but the driver's seat!

... when the ceremony began. It was a small and quiet ceremony hosted by an American which sounded a little odd to me. There were 4 flag polls in front on the monument and only one was used, for an American flag. I initially didn't see an Aussie flag but later found it on a small poll behind the monument. Everything is huge in Texas! Especially the cars and roads and shopping malls and portion sizes at dinner. highlights included: waffle in the shape of Texas at bbreakfast watching the basketball with Texas Jim black Friday sales at the mall ihop (international house of pancakes) for breakfast overall though, it was a pretty charmless car based city....and I couldn't seem to find and decent Texas BBQ places anywhere. Cheap running shoes though ...
