... when Juris suddenly went grey after realising he had left their passports in their bedside drawer back in Bigfork. Only one alternative. We drove back to Missoula for the night then next day on to pick up the passports in Bigfork and the back through Glacier to Cutbank, Shelby, Havre, Harlem, north to the border where we re entered Canada. Headed north through Climax (please come again) then north east through Shaunavon ( best water in Canada), ...

I decided to forgo driving all the way over to Many Glacier for sunrise just too far to drive. Instead, I wanted to shoot the eastern side of the park from the St Mary visitor's center. ... us to hop on board for a THREE HOUR ride. We took the 'Going to the Sun’ road, which was ironic considering the rain that began to pour down as soon as we stepped aboard. The views were stunning, despite the growing fog, and the mountain roads precarious, and we got chatting to a Canadian couple who were surprised by how many national parks we were covering in just three weeks. It wasn’t quite as fun when we were forced to ...

      July 13,2013 Pints to Paths

... picked us up to go to Pints for Paths. (12 of the local brewery's were there). Of course we had to sample some of the local goods (we did a good job everyone would of been proud of us). A local fund raiser to build a 16 mile bike path from West Glacier. The shuttle picked us up around 23:30 (11:30) what a great time. Met a couple (Jill and Gordon) from Canada, spent the evening drinking and chatting with them, what a fun ...
