... up timidly "uhhhhhh, excuse me, we were wondering if you could camp in your yard tonight? We were going to stay just down the road at the sanctuary, but the woman who owns it is on holiday." ... with a good buzz, Aubry proclaims that we have to stop on our way out of town (to Ocean Springs, MS) for drive-through daiquiris. Whoohoo! ... in time change. I was so thankful that the time change happened on the drive home though and not on the way to Destin as I had originally thought. We also hit a lot of rain to the point where I could hardly see where I was going. It was bad. I was glad to make it home safe and sound after white knuckling the steering wheel for hours.

We decided to have dinner here at the Inn. The chef and food are supposed to be the best around and they certainly stood to that reputation! Jym had lamb and I had Grouper Vince. Both were fantastic. We also tried the portabella for an appetizer and a side of the 150 day old aged white cheddar truffled macaroni. Wow. We had no room for dessert though…sad ...
