... It was warm and frothy, and pretty good, though I must admit it tasted pretty "cow-ey."

We paid our $5 each, grabbed cups, and added our preferred ingredients to taste, from the several options: brandy, coffee crystals, sugar, and hot chocolate mix. Each person's drink tastes a little different. I particularly liked our friend, Isamar's recipe, so I had her prepare mine for me. How yummy!

We are definitely in cow country. Sage brush with a hint of dry grass is all that can be seen covering the soil for miles. This is not desolate country as every once in a while there is a sign of civilization in the form of a ranch house. Lets just say it is REMOTE.
