After enough time had passed we went outside to catch our bus. The bus was the Strip Downtown Express (SDX) and we got it all the way to the end - South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT). It was an easy and simple, if not long, journey but it got us where we needed to go (and it took us past the Vegas sign).
We were still using the 24 hour pass from the previous day $8.

Now were are LA bound!

... cap. They are the AAA minor league franchise of the NY Mets. Their mascot is a baseball shaped like an alien, which represents Area 51 of Roswell, New Mexico. We enjoyed lunch at Bubba Gump's Restaurant.

... to the theatre. Our seats were fantastic, so much so that the 'star' of the show was actually sat in the seat behind Lou! What followed was a feast for all the senses. The sets were incredible, the performers superhuman and even the clowns were hilarious. It was truly magical. After the show we watched a final show of the Bellagio fountains. ... literally non-stop, but we definitely had a blast and no doubt will be back in the future (cue joint 50th celebrations ;)!)
