It reminds me of an older, quainter version of Stinson Beach, but where a Stinson house might have one scrubby pine, the lot of this house has at least six, and it's like that all the way down to the water. ... Cod was an island. Well originally it wasn’t an island but ships got tired of driving around it so they dug a big canal, built a bridge and an island was born!
