Today we got to sleep in!! Yay!! Started the day with a tour around the area. It is beautiful. Some of the houses are just gorgeous. We were shown St. Paul's Cathedral, the statue garden, and much more. But then, the important part of the day, Shopping at the Mall of America!!!!! We were given 4 hours to shop! During the ride from Madison, Wisconsin to Minneapolis, Minnesota today I decided to move to Wisconsin. It didn't take long. For starters, the area just north of Madison looks just like my part of Pennsylvania – rolling hills covered with farms. It’s nice and green, with corn fields and barns everywhere. Tucked deep inside one of our duffle bags is a walker with her name on it.....this is tucked amongst a wide array of bright and colorful developmental toys that have been donated as well. There are also two children (a boy and girl) who are both about 7-8 years old who look like they might have pretty severe cerebral palsy....and there are a whole lot of other kids.
