... This time Mary ordered the Prime Rib and I ordered Buffalo Short Ribs, slowly braised in a barbecue sauce. Both of our meals were fantastic.Mary's Prime Rib was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my Short Rib was as fall off the bone tender as you could ask for.

No pictures today, it was flat, boring and rainy most of the day. Tomorrow we cross the Minnesota border into Wisconsin and then have Illinois in front of us. Yahoo.

Stay tuned;
Angelo and Mary.

Does he really think it was comforting to know they ...

They tend to book up quickly but some do have first come, first serve sites so if you arrive early enough you may be able to get one.That's what we ended up doing with Myre-Big Island and we're really glad it worked out! ...
