      ... of advice they gave us. :) Girls alone - gotta be smart if we can't be intimidating. :) The other (and best) thing we learned, was how to use the greeting "Namaste". We won't go wrong using that word in India, even if you are are greeting a Muslim, Christian, Siek, Buddhist, etc. :) It shows a sign of respect to all people here...and that's ultimately my intentions. :) Namaste to all of you who may read this blog...even if it is only my husband - I totally respect you too. ...

      ... Benjamin's wife, Annie, had prepared for us. Saw statues of women, celebrating the recognition of women as persons and able to vote- that was in 1929 Left Benjamin's at 3.30pm to travel to Whitby - 4 hours away. Saw a lovely sunset along the way. We are staying with Sonoko's and John, both who were at the retreat last weekend. It is so lovely to see them again. Tomorrow we go to Niagara Falls ...

      ... her wedding celebration next summer in 2015. What a beautiful setting atop a mountain in the Gatineau hills with breathtaking views.

      We then traveled down to see one of Wakefield's historic sites, the beautiful red covered bridge. It's a magnificent sight. Below was a group of young folk swimming in the river and sucking up the sunshine.
