... the roads in the morning we noticed &#8220;Gordon Country&#8221; signs everywhere, apparently farmer Gordon allows campers for a fee on his cattle/horse farm but warns intruders of dire consequences if they trespass; it felt a bit like the wild west <br>but the only cowboys we encountered out there were 4 x4 drivers. Closer to the national parks the signs read: THIS IS NOT GORDON COUNTRY-NO CAMPING.

Right when we thought the day couldn't get any better, Thea prepared an amazing meal for everyone - roast chicken, sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, carrots, pumpkin...and we enjoyed it out on the patio.
