Day three of my 10 mile a day training went very well. I think I have found a way to manage my aching feet - arthritis or not. Before I go I drink a cup of ginger tea (purported to ease the pain of arthritis and reduce inflammation), down a couple of ibuprofen and slather me feet with Icy Hot or Capsaicin.
