... great time. Unfortunately Karen passed away last year. It was going to be a bitter sweet visit.

We had a great time with Al, had a lot of laughs and reminisced about bygone days. Al has now retired and is planning a visit to Japan in May next year to visit his grand- daughter. Hopefully he will make a journey to Australia in the very near future.

... cold mountains of S. Colorado. Last summer we actually went to the Rio Grande headwaters and oh what a change these delicious waters see. However, as Turner said, "This is my river so don't go talking bad about her!" I agree. It's what we got here in the desert town of El Paso...and you know what. It's pretty darn cool. I can see myself floating down this river all next summer...and that's all I gotta say about that.
