I had a terrific time with her, Rich and the kids. Her neighborhood is very quiet and out of the way. Very suburban, but Not "cookie cutter". Each home is very distint and on the larger side.
... we stopped at the Christmas Tree Store. It's not just dedicated to Christmas but many other items including housewares, garden materials, and this time of year, Halloween decorations. There were some Christmas items, too. I bought some paperplates (50cents each), a cloth dish drainer and some salt wag taffy. Tired and broke, we headed home. We found some paddle boats near Asbury Park boardwalk, and rode those for 1/2 hr. Jacinda and Garrett walked back, while Gav and I took the car. We went out to dinner on the Asbury Park Boardwalk where we had gone with Joel last time. Great outside seats. We walked the beach back while the boys played "ninja" and hiding in the sand.
