... we headed to the gigantic inflatable timetable to the side of the main stage (which is, unfortunately, the only way to find out when bands are playing, and is constantly updated throughout the day as bands get consistently more drunk). Back on the trails again
... accomplishments for the week included getting one more baby blanket finished to take to Mexico and baking 2 pans of kuchen bars to take to church for Bible Study. I didn't have a jelly roll pan so borrowed a couple from sister-in-law Helga's aunt who is a neighbor. They weren't quite as big as mine at home so the bars ended up with not quite as much custard on them and I made a mess in the oven because I filled it too full! I did get most of it cleaned up ...
Raising Arizona
... what more can a girl ask for?
The visit to FLW's house was a bit of a disaster - it wasn't open! Looked amazing from the outside and the drive to it was fun, the light and air in Phoenix is really clear , very different from Memphis and Tennessee. Though its hot its much less humid.
So we ended up in Barnes & Noble (obviously) and in a Walmart buying polystyrene ice boxes, filling them with water, 7up, beer and ice. We know how ...
