... rolls & clam chowder. Very tired after 2 weeks on the road. May sit for a while here & just read. This town is where the Bush summer estate is situated. Wikipedia it, bloody gorgeous! The gift shop in town is unashamedly anti-Obama rather than pro-Bush. They sell lots of stuff bagging Obama. Driving to maine we decided to open a Disco tech bar with Mashups of modern day pop re-mixed disco. Tvs, led disco ball, and roller skates. Le Disco Tech was born. Found a little spot to get brunch, The Front room- amazing corned beef ...

It was still windy enough that she didn't even want to go to the beach, so we went back to the cottage for a second cup of coffee and ...

... it ended up costing us in lost gambling money anyways. The food was good at the buffet. We drove to the Bay of Fundy Hopewell Rocks which had closed for the season but we were still able to hike in to view the highest tide in the world. Impressive! From there the coastal route along Hwy 114 to Saint John and it was a crummy road under construction. In Saint John we parked at the Walmart overnite ...

... It is Woolies, meets K-mart, meets Bunnings, meets "I don't know what".  The section for hunters is the one that is least familiar.  It includes guns in plastic hanging on shelves like toys.  They are BB guns that shoot metal pellets and lethal weapons if misused.  The pellets are there too and every accessory required.  They even have a pink trim for the girls. Tomorrow we leave Maine behind.  It's been well worth the ...
