... conversation to bring me back. I needed the help. We had an art session next with the residents where I got to talk to Debbie and Ann about their lives and passions. I'm very hesitant to say that I got something out of service, because I shouldn't be there to get something, that's selfish, I should be there to help others from my heart, but this time I was the one who needed the service. Menu Item: Ribs & Brisket Plate with Spicy Slaw

Notes: Today was one of the first days after they changed their name from Oklahoma Joe's to Joe's Kansas City

Comments: Best ribs I've ever eaten. They had a unique taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The dry rub on them was perfect. The meat just fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The tender, medium cut brisket had an initial smoky bite to it ...

... solution-focused.  Improving my swim technique was a very frustrating process. For every three steps forward, I took two steps back. My improvement wasn’t overly obvious at the time, but I progressed from one-on-one coaching to a small technique-based squad to a regular swim squad and so forth. My distance per session gradually increased from 500m to 1km to 1.5km to 3-4km. Simultaneously, I maintained my cycling, running and strength programs. ...
