    Hit the BP station in Metropolis, IL randomly and the boys were excited to find out that it's Superman's hometown. Even the gas station had these sweet cutouts to pose with. They want to collect stickers from all of the states as we travel so we were able to get a fun one. As we travel further south the people seem to get more polite. Less fashionable perhaps but definitely kinder and more considerate. Made it to Kentucky!!! ...

    ... In the evening sermon, we got a chance to once again see and hear Joyce play the piano and Earl sing. This was a particular blessing to us, because both Earl and Joyce were in a horrific car accident last year, with some very severe injuries.
