    What better way to end my trip than to have a week stop over on the always sunny South West coast of the US, hire a car and hit the road with Martina.     ... a sign flashed to say '$480 fine' for not paying the toll fee. After a minor argument, we found out that it was only $7 we had to pay and it could be done online. Panic over.
