    ... and they be confident than lots of staff who are not confident or shy away from this patient group because they deem them less important than the 'physically sick' child. This lead me to start thinking about a mental health link role or self-harm link role. Or 'crisis nurses' that come to aid staff when caring for mental health patients. They are not to take over care or intervene with the patients themselves but are to support staff if they need it - I love this ...

    ... comfort wise.

  • Etymotic MC3's kept tunes and directions streaming from my GPS unit. Not quite as comfortable as the ER-6i's but definitely did the job. I should have swapped the tips every couple of days to allow the foam to expand back out.

  • Destination highlights
    • Gros Morne National Park in NFLD. This place is otherworldly. You should go there.

    ... a guy! Gai-Yee took our pictures. Soon Gai-Yiu came home but had other lunch plans.

    The three of us headed for a restaurant which was closed, then another which was also closed before we headed to J. Liu restaurant. They only had the buffet...so we had the buffet. I knew I had to get to the waitress before Henry did, or he would have paid...and did...and was very happy ...
