... the day getting darker but Alex was a great, careful driver and we found our accommodation around 6 pm - was well and truly dark by then.

Got settled in ( not much as we had no luggage!) then walked just over a km to the main street and found the eateries, pizza and red sounded good. Still snowing!!!!

... the campsites we decide to leave and then I suggest we go back to the first entrance that we passed since we are not on a time clock today. ... ití dlouhé kruté zimy. Po cestě bylo hned několik cedulí upozorňující na vyšší riziko střetu s medvědem. Správa národních a provinčních parků to tu však má perfektně zmonitorováno. Přesně se ví, co medvědi který měsíc v roce nejvíce jedí, kde ty dotyčné bobule rostou, na kterých svazích atd. Na základě toho je v mnohých údolích nebo i jednotlivých svazích napříč kanadskými Rockies ...

... design on it. I was so impressed with their money. The newer plastic money will not tear, that is for sure!

Also, something else I found interesting, is that it doesn't seem like the people use pennies anymore, even though the sales totals will still come up as a penny amount due to sales tax. For example, if a total is $6.47, the cashier will often just say $6.45. I just looked this up, and as of right ...

... couple of days anyway.
We are back in the metric system again, kms, kgs & temperatures in celcius, only trouble is the mileage on the RV is in miles so a bit confusing. Also, have to get used to new coinage, at least the 5 cents & 10 cents are similar sizes to the US but they have a $1 & $2 coin & also have 1 cent pieces. There notes are much more colourful like ours & are easier to distinguish.
