      ... and I got invited to go sewing with the Coffs Fresh Sewers and Quilters the following Sunday, we drove past a Spotlight and a quilting shop on the way to the park and since we we staying put for a week, Ken put up the annexe for me to sew in !!

      Bliss, absolute bliss !

      For the week I was there, I visited Spotlight 4 times, ( I think Ken only knows about 2 trips lol ), got a quilt top sewn up for a soliders (Aussie Hero Quilts) and had a relaxing ...

      ... I chose to walk the 3km to Shelley Beach and back and after two hours of walking I cooled off with a cold shower in the picnic area on my return. After I collected Rod from golf, we drove back to Angourie for arvo tea at Silk & Sand Boutique Gallery and Café. Just love Angourie and its wonderful beaches!       ... and I tried 'goon'...what Aussies call boxed wine. Might explain my state the next day. So every day we surfed 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. We had the same lunch of wraps and pasta salad every day and maybe treated ourselves to ice cream.       ... hold biters, reptiles and a Koala!! I then went hiking with Paul and GJ to do some snorkelling. Wow what a trek and hardly saw any fish plus got to wear the sexy stinger suits again! We caught the bus to Arcadia to fed some wallabies. They were cute from a distance but up close I wasn't so sure. Got back and had a relaxing swim in the pool.
