Sunday [October 4th - Day 0] afternoon around 3pm Jack picked me up and we drove to the Syracuse Airport Hertz to rent a Ford Transit Connect. Once home, figured out how the back seat folded down to house our four suitcases and 4 carry on bags. Eric, Maureen, Ethan & Alexander stopped up in the afternoon to visit before we left. Heading North again. From Utica, we cycled to Pulaski, which was about 100km. Very hilly. We are, however, slowly feeling the product of our hard work: sores are not as painful and our legs are getting stronger.
