... that made it possible, the enormous and ever escalating costs of building and upkeep, and the capabilities of the many different theaters within it. I particularly liked the beautiful wood inside the building. If you come, the tour is well worthwhile. In spite of its many problems, the people here recognize that the Opera House put not only Sydney but Australia on the world map and they are very proud of it.
