    ... and plants. There were an awful lot of wishes up there. We were one of the last to head down but at least the rain had stopped and it was very peaceful.

    Drinks and dinner at the hotel gave us a bit of a surprise. Unbeknownst to us, every evening there is a show held at the hotel by the minority people of the region. We watched and enjoyed and then at the end both dad and I joined in the danced. Great fun.

    Today was my first lie in, in what seems like ages... Bliss. I still wake up around 7 but I don't leave my bed until 9. After I check out I meet Leon at the breakout area (I thought Yu Lan and him were going to check out Chengdu together with me but apparently she had gone back to Leshan already).     I finally started to gain some ruthlessness and wanted to ensure I learned from my mistakes past. I checked out of my hotel and through broken English and Chinese figured out the best way to get a cab was to go across the street and pick one up from the much busier hotel.     ... orange managed to get revenge and successfully photo bombed Mac. A classic moment. I just love it. Was worth the 30 yuan. And BTW Mac says he only looked scared in the photo cause that was a "posed" shot on the first dam...just for the cameras! I had all of the exit strategies worked out in case the raft flipped over.
