... But the girls found a pair that I really liked, so, since I had only spent a few dollars on a blouse so far, I decided to buy these, especially as they were only $10. They were white dress pumps with decorative flowers on.

When we had finished shopping, and put our groceries and other items away, we met up with Anthony De Santo, from Toronto, whom we had dinner with at O'Charlie's. The girls and I had salads. I usually find ...

... I am surprised that none of the hymns sung at the Feast have been, or will be, "Seek Ye First" on page 100 of our hymnal. I will either request it tonight or offer to play it if I feel brave. We had been given 18 "free" tickets for 4 people for the whole Feast, so we'll make up the balance by eating our own cereal, etc. in our room. But it will be convenient to save four of the meal tickets for the Last Great Day.

After breakfast we did some Bible Study and I worked on this travel blog. Then it was time to get a quick lunch ...

We left our house just before 9 am on the Sabbath (26th) and drove to the Knoxville UCG congregation. It was easy to find the location, a high quality conference center with various different rooms, often apparently used for weddings, etc. Mr. Stan Martin, the pastor, was already in Jekyll Island, since he coordinates the Feast there this year.

Lacy & Frances Mayes were there, and later, Barbara & Madalene arrived. They had already ...
