I woke up early for another shower and found Patrick in the laundry room just barely putting the clothes in the dryer. I asked if they had gotten mildew from sitting all night and he said no. After waiting around, I checked on the finished laundry while Patrick stared at his Instagram and lounged on one of the couches inside. The clothes were still wet and everything reeked of mildew. ... hour? 30 minutes? Though I don't remember (nor does she), Claire sprinted from the canoe to the cabin in such a hurry that she did not eve bother to remove her life vest. It was discovered the next morning on the couch. I don't quite remember even getting out of the canoe. Most of the night after the fire is a blur. And by blur I mean absent. The evening shrouded by a large black veil, interrupted here and there by small piercings, ...

... volunteer of 'The Friends of the Lighthouse'. Larry asked us if we would like for him to give us a guided tour of the lighthouse.....well,"YES". He pulled out his keys, unlocked the doors and took us all through the lighthouse as well as to the top of the light tower.....we received our own 'private' guided tour. He explained much history and answered our questions. The tour was fantastic and ...
