    ... and made quick time through the rolling hills. Hogback Mountain Gift shop gave us a place to stop for a picture and an ice cream cone. We were disappointed that the Concord, New Hampshire Walmart prohibited overnight parking but just a short ways down the road we found a roadside picnic area for a night of boondocking.

    It was a good start.

    We arrived into Plymouth, New Hampshire in the evening and ate dinner at a family owned burger joint. I was surprised to see that 'homefries' were not just another name for french fries. These are cubed potatoes that are fried. And it wasn't just a thing at this joint. It seemed that homefries is a local norm.
