... Pisco Sour was in order to help with the decision making with so many meal and wine options available. In the end, ordering was left to S&M and before much delay the food started appearing on our table. ... floor but so had most of Chicago it seemed so we left the queues and instead went for cocktails at The Terrace bar at Trump Tower. As the sunset we had a near 270 degree view, it was a great spot with fantastic views of Chicago. What I really liked were the table lamps that were brought out as it got dark. There were lots of different colours and made our experience feel magical.


No trip to Chicago would be complete ...

... We strolled back to the apartment for a late lunch, further unpacking, dinner preparation and (of course) a glass or two of wine. The dinner was great - twice-cooked pork ribs with two salads followed by the berry soup which was delicious. We ate it off the new dining table which had finally been delivered at around 4:00pm.
