    Day 4

A relatively leisurely start and a good free breakfast of scrambled egg, bacon and sausage, orange juice and coffee.
We had a day to fill before dropping the Jeep back to Newark Airport. There was an interesting area south of New York with a lighthouse, part of the Gateway National Recreation Area. We calculated a two hour plus drive through New Jersey. Phil had planned a route ...

Fortunately about 10 feet from where ...

... be shot. Believe it or not, it worked!!! Without any horns blaring or fingers raising. I managed to impress even myself. This put me straight back onto the freeway I'd been on originally. I called GPS ***** a lot of names at that point.

I drove successfully out of the NY traffic and on to New Jersey which is a whole lot prettier than I'd ever realised. NJ hadn't really been on my hit list of places to see, but when all ...

Today was anything but ordinary. We began with the smallest venue yet, meaning it had the smallest dock as well. It only allowed for one truck to unload at a time, and that one had to be unloaded by forklift because there was no trailer unloading depression. We didn't start the LED wall until after 1pm and I didn't get to my DL side screens until around 3pm.
Once we were loaded in, we did our typical sound checks and everything ...
